These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QUBE d.o.o. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LovePay website and image analytics services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services
LovePay provides an image data analytics platform that enables users to perform reverse image searches and analyze how many instances of their images exist across the web. Our services include:
- Reverse image search functionality
- Image analytics and reporting
- Source tracking and identification
- DMCA protection tools (for paid plans)
- API access (for enterprise plans)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Upload or analyze images that you do not have the right to use
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
5. Image Upload and Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any images you upload to our platform. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.
5.2 Content Restrictions
You may not upload images that:
- Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Violate any person's privacy rights
- Contain malware or malicious code
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Our services are offered under various subscription plans. Pricing information is available on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
6.2 Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion. Generally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact our support team for refund requests.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The LovePay platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by QUBE d.o.o. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7.2 Trademarks
"LovePay" and our logo are trademarks of QUBE d.o.o. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of search results.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUBE D.O.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QUBE d.o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload to our platform
11. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Croatia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and QUBE d.o.o. regarding the use of our services.
